William R. Van Order, Attorney

William R. Van Order was born in Michigan. He moved at a young age with his family to Southern California in the early 1960s and grew up in Orange County. He graduated from Katella High School in Anaheim and went on to attend Carroll College in Helena, MT where he graduated Cum Laude earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Political Science in 1982.

In 1985 William Van Order graduated and received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Whittier College School of Law. After passing the California State Bar exam, he was sworn in to practice law in all Courts in the State of California and in the Southern and Central Districts of the California Federal Courts as well as the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Attorney Van Order started his career at the firm of Harding & Miller in Riverside, CA in 1986. A year later, he began his own law practice in Moreno Valley and soon expanded to Hemet practice initially focused on real estate, estate planning, business law, and personal injury law. However, after a few years, the practice changed to exclusively handle personal injury cases, seeking compensation for individuals from insurance companies. We currently have offices in Hemet and Palm Springs, California.

Attorney Van Order is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, an organization that fights for the rights of injury victims, including their right to a jury trial.

Conor P. O’Brien, Attorney

Conor O’Brien was born and raised in Southern California. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, California in 2009. Following his graduation from Saint Mary’s College, Mr. O’Brien worked at several law firms, each specializing in different areas of the law. Conor O’Brien attended and graduated from Trinity Law School. He passed the California State Bar Exam and was sworn in to practice in 2017.

Conor O’Brien comes from a family of personal injury experts. His grandfather, Eldon O’Brien was a personal injury private investigator and created Verdictum Juris, which is a monthly jury verdict report and the annual O’Brien’s Evaluator, which is a comprehensive annual jury verdict publication. Conor O’Brien’s father is also a practicing attorney in Southern California. Conor O’Brien is a member of the Riverside Bar Association and California Young Lawyers Association.
